Free Crime Prevention Programs

The Collier County Sheriff's Office is offering FREE crime prevention programs!

Topics covered include neighborhood watch training, fraud/con prevention, sexual assault awareness, home security surveys, and appearances by McGruff, The Crime Dog.  Best of all, they come to you or your organization!

 

 

 

 

 

Programs offered include:

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH TRAINING – Two sessions, each 2 hours long, conducted in your neighborhood. Topics include Neighborhood Watch Functions, Home Security, Vehicle Security and Personal Safety.

SPECIALIZED TRAINING – Fraud / Con Prevention, Sexual Assault Awareness, Internet Safety, Identity Theft. Other topics as requested. Age appropriate presentations for children of all ages.

SPECIAL EVENT PROGRAMS – McGruff The Crime Dog is available for appearances at business / community events as a way to interest children in prevention and safety. 
 
HOME SECURITY SURVEY – Crime Prevention Practitioners will evaluate the security in and around your home and make recommendations concerning areas that may need attention.
